| SASE - Self Addressed Stamped Envelope | ||
 You may include a SASE for the orphanage to send a reply to your letter. Including a SASE will greatly enhance your chances of receiving a reply. International postage is expensive for ordinary Chinese families, and orphanages and foster parents appreciate the gesture. If you want to include a SASE, please email your mailing address to Adele at lehall88@yahoo.com. |

| Call Orphanage - to see if they will send answers | ||
 If you send questions with your package, we can call the orphanage to see if they will return answers to us via email, mail or fax. There is a non-refundable $25 fee for calling the orphanage. We cannot predict whether they will cooperate with us. |
Note: If they do send us answers to your questions, there is an additional charge to translate them into English. Translation fee is based on wordcount and is 12 cents per word. | Get Digital Photos | |
We can often get photos from orphanages by calling them. Many orphanages have digital cameras and have the ability to email a few pictures. If your child is in the orphanage, we can include a question about your child's current measurements. How to Purchase Part 1: Check with Orphanage We first check with the orphanage to see if they will send pictures of your child. There is a non-refundable $25 fee for calling the orphanage. We cannot predict whether they will cooperate with us and we cannot guarantee the number of pictures we can get (usually 2 to 5 photos). We can also ask for your child's current measurements. We check with the orphanage to see if they will send pictures, plus ask for your child's measurements. When ordering, please use the form below to send the information we will need to request photos of your child. We will respond to your email within 3 business days. Please use this form to send Adele the necessary information: Contact Orphanage Request Form Part 2: Get Photos If the orphanage agrees to send the pictures to our contacts in China, then we can forward them to you. Fees include calling the orphanage (usually several times) to encourage them to send the pictures, and emailing the photos to you. We cannot guarantee we can get photos quickly. It often takes several calls to obtain photos. Important: do not order this until we complete Part 1. |

Orphanages love to get cake! If your adopted child is going to spend a birthday in the orphanage before you arrive, he or she will love to get a birthday cake! It is culturally appropriate to send a birthday cake any time, even after the birthday date. We order fresh cake from a Chinese cake service. Cakes are delivered 1 to 2 days after we place the order. The orphanage staff can present the cake to your child along with your care package. (Cake prices are with purchase of a Care Package or Package Forwarding Service.) |

Package Delivery Compare our packages with sending your own internationally. Cake and flower gifts arrive 1 to 2 days after we place the order. Pillow packages arrive in 4 to 7 days. All other package options include Chinese Super Express Delivery which is the Chinese equivalent to UPS delivery in the USA. Total time for your package to arrive at an orphanage is approximately 11 to 14 business days after you place your order. We notify you by email when the package arrives. Need faster delivery? We also offer Rush Service. Disclaimer It will be up to the orphanage staff to take photos with any cameras we send on your behalf. We do not have any agreements with them regarding photography. We do encourage them to take pictures with the cameras when we call to confirm delivery, but we cannot guarantee that orphanage staff will take good photos or return all of the items or answers to your questions when you receive your child. If you plan to travel to China within the next two to three weeks, Rush Service is highly recommended. 
We send your photos to China to be printed in a photo shop as regular 3.5 x 5 prints. Our associates will send the photos with the package. E-mail your photos to Adele at: lehall88@yahoo.com, or send them via postal delivery to P.O. Box 690202, San Antonio, TX 78269. The optional photo album is a soft cover booklet. When you order a photo album, we insert the photos into the album before sending them with the package.
Send a birthday card with any care package if your child is going to spend a birthday in the orphanage before you arrive.
