We are the adoptive parents of Ning Fang, born March 1, 2006 
and found March 7, 2006.  She was fostered through Ai Guo County 
Social Welfare Institute in Jiangxi Province. We adopted her in July 
2007 in Jiangxi Province.  We are writing to you in the hope that you 
would be willing to send us copies of any documentation or information 
you might have about our daughter so that we can share with her as 
much of her history as possible.  She lost so much, having to leave her 
birth country and people, and we feel it is very important to provide her 
with whatever information that we can.  We have enclosed a self-addressed 
stamped envelope with our return address that you may use to mail us 
any documentation related to Ning Fang.  We are very grateful for your 
assistance in this matter.
