About this Service

If you would like us to make phone calls to orphanages for you, here are examples of information we can obtain:

• Check if the orphanage receives your letters, photos or packages. Save time with our pre-written letters and letter-photo package.

• Locate “finding ads,” which are published in Chinese newspapers by orphanages when they receive abandoned children

• Get medical information such as dates of illness and treatments.

• Check if the orphanage has a note that was found with your child, and obtain a copy of the note. 

• If you do not have the phone number or address of an orphanage, we can find them for you.

Disclaimer

• We will not know if the orphanage has answers to your questions or if they have the documents you seek until we call them.

• We will not be able to call the orphanages to verify referral information for you.

• It usually takes several calls to get answers, especially during major Chinese holidays.

Rates

The minimum fee for calling an orphanage is $50 and is non-refundable. We cannot predict whether they will cooperate with us. It usually takes several calls to get information.

Our rates for calling orphanages are based on the number of questions you would like us to research for you.

Each additional question
over three: US $25
