***Import Tax - Chinese recipients of international packages must sometimes pay an import tax charged by Chinese Customs. Orphanages will sometimes refuse packages as they cannot afford such fees. Our packages avoid this problem because we purchase and ship everything inside China. The orphanage will not pay fees of any kind to receive our care packages.
