Important Ordering Information 1. When paying by PayPal, please use your own home address as the shipping address. We will get the orphanage or foster family address directly from you. 2. Please send the Chinese characters for both the name of your child and the orphanage. The characters are needed for accurate identification. Send to Adele at lehall88@yahoo.com. You can find this information in your CCAA acceptance letter or your Pre-Approval letter. You may also fax the characters. Our North American Toll Free Fax Number: 1-866-691-1250. 3. A Letter is strongly recommended if you are sending a package before you receive your child. The letter explains the package to orphanage staff. 4. Delivery time - Cake and flower gifts arrive 1 to 2 days after we place the order. Pillow packages arrive in 4 to 7 days. All other package options include Chinese Super Express Delivery which is the Chinese equivalent to UPS delivery in the USA. We email you when the package arrives. We also email you the tracking number. You can check tracking numbers on the Chinese Post Office's web site. Compare our packages with sending your own internationally.  You may include a SASE for the orphanage to send a reply to your letter. Including a SASE will greatly enhance your chances of receiving a reply. International postage is expensive for ordinary Chinese families, and orphanages and foster parents appreciate the gesture. | Call for Answers - to see if orphanage will send answers | |||
 If you send questions with your package, we can call the orphanage to see if they will return answers to us via email, mail or fax. There is a non-refundable $25 fee for calling the orphanage. We cannot predict whether they will cooperate with us. |
Note: If they do send us answers to your questions, there is an additional charge to translate them into English. Translation fee is based on word count and is 12 cents per word. This service retrieves the camera you sent to the orphanage or foster parents in the care package, develops the pictures and emails them to you. Please note that this service is not appropriate if you plan to travel to China within 35 days after placing an order. |

 You may include your own items with a care package. For example, you can include a blanket with your own scent by sleeping with it for a few nights. This may ease your child's transition to your care by providing an opportunity to recognize your scent at adoption time. Adele will email you with instructions about how to include your items when you order this service. IMPORTANT - Adding this service to your care package increases delivery time to four weeks. |

(Prices are with purchase of a New Year Package.) The pillow is approximately 12 inches wide. The photo is printed into the cloth in a way that preserves the texture of the fabric. Get Digital Photos: We call the orphanage to ask them for current digital photos of your child plus your child's measurements, and we email them to you. If we cannot get photos, we refund you $30.
Milk Formula is needed by Orphanages in China. Orphanages tell us how much they need it for their children. We send Nestle brand milk formula. Nestle is a high quality brand that tests its own milk. It has 13 vitamins, 10 minerals, and high quality protein, Milk Formula is delivered 3 to 5 days after we place the order. 
Fruit baskets are a great gift for orphanage directors, nannies and foster parents before and after adoption. (SG115)
