Important Ordering Information

1. When paying by PayPal, please use your own home address as the shipping address. We will get the orphanage or foster family address directly from you.  

2. Please send the Chinese characters for both the name of your child and the orphanage. The characters are needed for accurate identification. Send to Adele at lehall88@yahoo.com. You can find this information in your CCAA acceptance letter or your Pre-Approval letter.

3. A Letter is strongly recommended if you are sending a package before you receive your child. The letter explains the package to orphanage staff. The letter must be in Chinese.  

4. Delivery time -

All Care Packages include Chinese Super Express Delivery which is the Chinese equivalent to UPS delivery in the USA. Total time for your package to arrive at an orphanage is approximately 9 to 10 business days after you place your order. We email you when the package arrives.

We do not have any agreements with them regarding photography, and we cannot guarantee that orphanage staff will take good photos or return all of the items or answers to your questions when you receive your child. Orphanages are sometimes overwhelmed with managing the adoption process and can forget to bring some items when they meet you. Please develop the film in China. The film may be sensitive to airport x-ray machines.

This Package is for adoptive parents to send to foster families and friends in China. Many adoptive parents love to keep in touch with their children’s foster families, or with children they sponsor in China. They also like to show appreciation by sending gifts during the holidays, birthdays and Gotcha days.

Optional Camera - If your child is in the orphanage or with foster parents, you may add a disposable camera for taking pictures of your child. The camera comes loaded with a 27-exposure roll of film.  In your letter to the orphanage, you can ask the orphanage or foster parents to take pictures and return the camera and film to you at adoption time.
