Dear Director and Nannies,

WE are eagerly looking forward to adopting NING FANG. HER birth 
date is AUGUST 8, 2007. WE feel honored that WE will be parents 
of this wonderful little GIRL soon. Thank you for all the love and 
care you have given HER. By the way, if our child is in foster care, 
please pass the package to the foster family. WE will greatly 
appreciate it. 

WE hope you and NING FANG enjoy these photographs of our family. 
Please share these photos with HER whenever possible. 

Please accept the enclosed treats for the orphanage caretakers and 
children. WE deeply appreciate the time and effort you and your staff 
devote to helping these precious children have a good place to live and 
grow.

WE have enclosed the following items: 

1) A teddy bear AND BLANKET for NING FANG, 2) 
CHOCOLATE CANDY, HONEY DATES, AND YUPI PEANUTS.  WE HAVE ALSO SENT A
CAKE AND PHOTO PILLOW.

Please give the teddy bear and BLANKET to NING FANG 
so when WE come to adopt HER, SHE has something familiar to play with. 
Bring the teddy bear, BLANKET AND PHOTO PILLOW and ANSWERS TO THE
ENCLOSED QUESTIONS at adoption time.

BY THE WAY, WE HAVE INCLUDED A SELF ADDRESSED, STAMPED ENVELOPE (SASE).
IF YOU CAN MAIL THE ANSWERS BY THIS SASE, WE WILL APPRECIATE IT VERY MUCH.

To complete your package order, please mail or fax the information below. 

(A) Chinese characters of your child's Chinese name. The characters are 
needed to accurately translate your child's name for the letter that 
accompanies the package. You can find this information in your CCAA 
acceptance letter or your Pre-Approval letter. 

(B) Chinese characters of the orphanage's name (and address, if possible). 
You can find the Chinese characters of the orphanage name in your CCAA 
acceptance letter or your Pre-Approval letter. If you don't have the address, 
We will find it for you free of charge when you order a package. 

(C) Please modify the letter above based on your information and email it 
to Adele. This will speed up your order process. If you want to send your 
own letter, Adele will give you a translation quote after she receives it from 
you. The translation rate is 12 cents per word. 

(D) If you will be traveling to China, please tell Adele your approximate travel date. 
If you will be going to China in the next two or three Weeks, rush service is highly 
recommended.

(E) Photos - If you are including photos or a photo pillow with your package, 
please email your photos to Adele or send by post office.
