Important Ordering Information

1. When paying by PayPal, please use your own home address as the shipping address. We will get the orphanage or foster family address directly from you.  

2. Please send the Chinese characters for both the name of your child and the orphanage. The characters are needed for accurate identification. Send to Adele at lehall88@yahoo.com. You can find this information in your CCAA acceptance letter or your Pre-Approval letter.

3. A Letter is strongly recommended if you are sending a package before you receive your child. The letter explains the package to orphanage staff. The letter must be in Chinese.  

4. Delivery time -

We order fresh cake from a Chinese cake service. Cakes are delivered 1 to 2 days after we place the order. The orphanage staff can present the cake to your child along with gifts.  All items included in the cake packages are sent separately to arrive before the cake.

Cake Service

Cakes are highly appreciated in China!  Foster parents and orphanage directors have told us how they love to receive cakes.

We order fresh cake from a Chinese cake service. Cakes are delivered 1 to 2 days after we place the order. The orphanage staff can present the cake to your child along with gifts from our package options.

Optional Camera - If your child is in the orphanage or with foster parents, you may add a disposable camera for taking pictures of your child. The camera comes loaded with a 27-exposure roll of film. In your letter to the orphanage, you can ask the orphanage to take pictures and return the camera and film to you at adoption time (please develop the film in China. It may be sensitive to airport x-ray machines.)

All cakes are 12 inches unless otherwise noted.
